Job Dental Surgeon m/f - Perpignan 66

We are recruiting a dental surgeon M/F to join a mutualist structure located near Perpignan, in the Pyrénées-Orientales region, as part of a full-time or part-time salaried contract.

Description and missions
As a general practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care for patients in the practice:
- Performing conservative, prosthetic and surgical treatments
- Prescribing and reading panoramic radiographs
- Rigorous follow-up of patient files
- Collaboration with a dedicated assistant, trained in chair management, sterilization and administration

You will work independently, respecting your own protocols and without pressure on productivity. Specific support is provided for young practitioners, including 6 months' mentoring, internal and external training, and personalized follow-up.

The structure's DNA
The structure is part of a network of human-sized centers, operating without a direct on-site hierarchy but with regular support from a mobile dental manager. Each site has been awarded the AFNOR Excellence de Service label. You will work on a modern technical platform with KAVO chairs, MEDIT I700 intra-oral cameras, endodontic motor with apex locator, digital X-rays, Pentamix, KOMET burs, SEPTODON products. Partner laboratories are LABOCAST and a local laboratory.

Compensation
For this position, you'll have an attractive and progressive retrocession, to be discussed at your interview
A minimum income guarantee of €4,500 gross per month is guaranteed for the first 4 months (FTE), with application of turnover if more favorable from the following month
